Carolyn Salter began painting as a young girl in her native Mobile, Alabama. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Auburn University, and a Teacher Certification in Art Education from Georgia State University. Carolyn is an award-winning artist whose style is contemporary, yet classic, and her medium is oil. Through her unique personal interpretations of nature and figures, she seeks to make an emotional connection between her work, and the viewer.
